Shipping Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS (this DOES NOT include turnaround times)

Standard Shipping:  3-5 days via Evri 

Express Shipping:  next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day signed for service)

Rush Order:  3 day turnaround plus express shipping.

International Orders:  delivery time varies to each individual country but we estimate that you allow up to 2 weeks for postage (some countries are much sooner).

SHIPPING POLICY: All of items are made to order.  Our turnaround time is 10 working days (items can be sent out sooner but we ask that you allow at least 10 days for your item to be dispatched, unless you have upgraded to a rush order).  If you are ordering an item for a specific date please give plenty of time as we cannot take responsibility if an item arrives after a date you had expected it due to the post.

INTERNATONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Dotty Daydreams is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. All taxes and additional import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. We do not offer refunds or changes to order for items that are lost in the post, we will resend a replacement order once we received confirmation that the parcel is declared lost by the courier.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure they  have left enough time when ordering to accommodate any delays/problems with postage.
